Specializing in Anxiety Treatment, Depression and Grief


Anxiety can be overwhelming and affect many aspects of life. Treatment interventions are tailored to each person's unique needs and may include evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and relaxation exercises. Together, we will work to identify and challenge anxious thoughts, develop coping strategies, and promote self-care. 

Depression can be a debilitating condition that affects mood, energy levels, and overall well-being. To best support you,  evidence-based approaches may be utilized in your treatment as well as mindfulness techniques, self-care strategies, and exploration of underlying emotions. The goal of this work is to alleviate symptoms, foster resilience, and restore a sense of joy and fulfillment in your life.

Grief is a natural response to the loss of a loved one or any significant life change. While navigating the complex journey of grief, our focus will be your unique experience. Reflection and open expression of feelings, exploration of memories, and the development of coping strategies can all help you navigate the various stages of grief, find meaning in your loss, and help you to gradually integrate it into your life.
